Fanfiction
(Maybe unsurprisingly) I got my start in writing via One Direction fanfiction, which I started at about 13. This was my most popular story on Wattpad which spawned a trilogy, all of which received a combined 5 million readers. I was nominated for a few fanfiction awards and even earlier than this I made a decent following for myself on Tumblr. This was how I sharpened my writing skills, processed fiction and poetry, and learnt the value of having a digital footprint and creating consistent content. I still receive emails and messages from people who still read it and that connection I've built is probably one of the biggest things I'm proud of.

Self-published Book 'golden hour'
In 2018 I self-published my own book of poetry. A lot of it is excerpts from my fanfics that I thought were actually decent writing, and other parts are diary and journal entries I had made over the years. It deals with my teenage feelings of love and other fun things like that and was really just a fun project I wanted to do.

My girlfriend and I (rather embarrassingly) make movies in our spare time and this is a clip from a Quentin Tarantino inspired one we did. It's really just us playing around with camera angles and trying to recreate stuff we think is cool, and while this film is way too embarrassing to show in full, we directed, wrote and edited it completely by ourselves in one weekend!

R.i.P 2 mY YouTH ☺
A fun video edit I made during lockdown. There's really nothing to this, I was just trying to create something cool out of things I loved and memories I've documented. I was listening to this song on repeat and thought it would be cool against some visuals. I'm really big on seeing visuals when I listen to music :) (Dropbox annoyingly cut off a few seconds from the beginning, please ignore that editing fault)

Overrated Club Website
This was a passion project I made a few years ago to just play around with writing and creating content. I designed the website on Wix (created everything, all layouts and colours etc from scratch) and created an Instagram to promote it. I lost time to keep up with it so it never turned into anything, but I still think it could be a cool idea to go back to one day.

Printicular Campaign for MEA Mobile
I created two campaigns for Printicular, a photo printing app MEA Mobile had made, and part of that campaign included setting up a 'Gift Guide' for their US site that's still being used. I was asked to sell Valentine's Day and Mother's Day to Printicular users and I researched and broke them into different audiences, then catered each blog post to said audience. For eg. for Valentine's Day I figured out the three main audiences were couples, people with pets and female friendships (aka 'Galentine's Day'), and so I sold a different idea to each audience. I worked a lot with Google Keywords, SEO, market trends, data and wrote all blog posts and even set up and took my own photos.
